Dr. Yolanda Taylor-Rose, O.D.

Dr. Yolanda Rose is a compassionate and experienced optometrist who has been serving patients with excellence for over 24 years. A graduate of the  UAB School of Optometry, Dr. Rose combines clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping others see and live better.

Throughout her career, Dr. Rose has been deeply involved in both clinical research and global service. She participated in the CLEERE study, which  explored differences in refractive error and ocular development among children of four different ethnic groups—an experience that continues to inform her understanding of diverse visual needs. Her dedication to outreach has taken her from the underserved communities of Alabama’s Blackbelt to mission work in West Africa, extending care to those who need it most.
